Autonomous navigation of a mobile robot using GPS

This test video shows how the AV uses a control system to correct its positioning by comparing its desired heading with its current heading. In the video, the AV starts pointing opposite to its target and thus initiates a turn when powered on. Once approaching the target it actually overshoots it, increasing the error in heading and thus the turning radius. This is seen by the curve taken by the AV around the target at the end.
