Nokia Lumia 710 Shipping, T-Mobile To Receive It, Marketplace Piracy & More - Windows Phone View

Watch this week’s Windows Phone View as we wrap-up all this week’s good and bad inside the world of Microsoft’s Windows Phone platform. In today’s show we begin by talking about the launch of the Nokia Lumia 710. We later cover why we know that T-Mobile will be the first US Carrier to sell it. In our week’s coverage we go through Adam’s recent Xbox LIVE game review and Dan Webster’s Window’s Phone App Round-up. We then talk about the possibility of NFC on current Windows Phone handsets, and we end the good section with some talk about Windows Phone Towers instead of phones. In the Bad section we talk about how Piracy is affecting the Windows Phone Marketplace, and why this can pose a security threat to current Windows Phone users. All this and more after the break.

I hope windows phone becomes bigger than android cause then it will be like computer OS’s cause Macs and Windows are the most popular with Linux behind kinda like how t-mobile is behind Verizon and AT&T kinda like how google is the most popular search engine with bing and yahoo in the back :|

WP7 can’t get malware approved because applications can only do so much on WP7

@Drrck11 tmo needs the 710? Your kidding right? The radar is over all better in every way. It has ffc, aluminum unibody, etc. The 710 will not sell well compared to the radar. Bad choice as usual Tmo.

yes and verizon only have one wp7, and others have atleast 3 to choose from, I hate that verizon is usually the last to get something that’s getting popular.

@pocketnowvideo half of the microsoft applications before coming into the marketplace are approved by INTERTEK labs in Hyderabad, India. I’ve worked there and quit because of the people there, who are kinda stupid….they just follow the test cases provided to them and so on….i guess the pirated version was allowed by these guys itself i guess…. :P
