If iOS, Android and WebOS had a baby, it would be this BB/QNX thing! Nice though…

alright so its a copy of webOS all of a sudden, yet no one acknowledges how well the multitasking works, or how nice the UI is. If you honestly think it works the same as webOS then whining that apple is better is contradicting the fact that you seem to think this is the same crap. This OS can run circles around ipad, stop ignoring the facts.

@Xenctuary, in the simulator, that’s what bottom-right does. In the real hardware, that gesture is unused (for now).

Bottom right gesture is for orientation when orientation lock is enabled.

@Portareaf eh? you think 7 inches is too small? well its probably 4 inches more than u got…
i think 7 inches is fine for this kind of device. ip0d is too big. id rather carry a laptop around. at home, i would use a 30 inch display. if this is too small, just hold it closer to ur face. playbook is a win im getting one for my mom, bye.

WOOW! it’s easy to make things look nice when you copy other peoples work. a grand majority of the UI belong to the WebOS design team.

RIM really nailed it with the UI design. It’s beautiful. However, navigating the UI is just cumbersome and unintuitive.

What he said about 7in display is true, when you hide the menu you get the full 7in..but if you hide things off the display on my Xoom I get 10.1in…RIM is dead, join the robot.

if you lock orientation. I think if you swipe from the lower right corner it will change the orientation, but only if the orientation is locked.

I can’t get past the fact that it’s basically webOS with RIM’s terrible branding…
