The app recognizes this and it won’t be perceived as traffic

The app recognizes you made it so it won’t register as a traffic jam

And what happens once you get to your destination and you stop? Will it appears as a traffic jam?

Does anyone know how, or is it available to have Waze give you spoken directions? I recently logged onto this app on my cell phone and it mentioned spoken direcitons from Santa (for the holidays) but I’m wondering if I can get spoken directions all of the time. This app is wonderful. I suggest everyone try it.

@margheritapizza i guess but that wouldn’t get you very far…you’d still have to edit the roads on the map editor online (cartouche)

@kumquatsta it works on blackberry, iphone, android and other handsets…check the website for more details. It needs to be connected to the web for any useful data, but if u set a route, it will remember it if u lose connectivity occasionally. If you have wifi while u drive and a gps signal, (such as on a nice bus), that works too.

Waze relies on internet to work and needs a data plan

does waze rely on internet to work, like an android phone with an internet data plan?

can it be used offline, like download the latest map via wifi before leaving? curious because the nokia n810 has a gps and can support android os
