Samsung i780 GPS : Garmin Mobile XT Route Simulation
Garmin Mobile XT 5.00.20wp. With A-GPS activated, i780 can lock the satellite in less than 5 seconds. Route simulation only works when the GPS is disabled.

Yes. But need to install “GPSToday” to receive coordinate location and also geotagging photos.

sure it works without A-GPS. Based on my experience, you can even get the satellites lock in 15 seconds without inserting the SIM card!!!
is it working without a-gps, how mouch time is needed to find satellites without conesting on internet, pleas answer
The latest Garmin MXT 5.00.20wp is not suitable for phones that has slow CPU. Samsung i780 is having processor speed clocking at 624MHz(one of the fastest to-date). HTC Pro is expensive but the CPU speed at 528MHz is too slow to handle GMXT 5.00.20wp. You could try and compare GMXT 4.20.50 in HTC Pro.
great work. I had a Garmin mobile Xt installed on my HTC pro a couple days back. While navigating the car icon is way too low in the screen, which is pretty annoying because that leaves no room for the area that you just passed. I have no idea how to solve the issue.
Bought it from local reseller.
